Nicolas Lunven (Holcim - PRB),11th

The skipper of Holcim - PRB has completed the New York Vendée - Les Sables d'Olonne after 13 days, 18 hours and 20 minutes at sea. Particularly well placed at the start, ‘Nico’ had almost managed to get ahead of the front following in the tracks of the winner, Charlie Dalin (MACIF Santé Prévoyance). After breaking his bowsprit on day 3, he held on until the end. At the helm of Holcim - PRB since September 2023, the sailor is therefore continuing his solo apprenticeship aboard his IMOCA and aspires to be a spoilsport in the next Vendée Globe.
